Hello there. My name is Neil Fitzpatrick and I have been drawing Neil Jam comics in one form or another for many years.
I self published the first assemblage of Neil Jam comics in minicomic form. Neil Jam #1 was released in the summer of 1997. Neil Jam has seen print in dozens of minicomics since then, as well as a handful of indie-comics anthologies.
In addition to comic books, I’ve dabbled quite a bit with Neil Jam in comic strip form. Neil Jam ran as a student comic strip at the University of Missouri for four years. After I got neiljam.com up and running a couple years later, Neil Jam ran as a daily web comic for over a year. In late 2008 I started up a new edition of Neil Jam strips currently running on neiljam.com.
Okay, Well What Exactly Is Neil Jam?
a) Neil Jam is a cartoon universe inhabited by a funky group of individuals. They just do what they do, living the ultimate comic strip life. Can you handle this?
b) Neil Jam is a unique cartoon universe featuring a regular cast of characters. These characters are not directly related to one another, but they do form a fun and entertaining family unit. The Neil Jam comic strip has a fairly simple premise. It’s about the quirky way these characters interact with each other within the equally quirky world that they live. Won’t you come join us?
