I’ll be making my way back to New York this weekend to take part in the New York Comic Con and New York Anime Festival which will take place Friday through Sunday, October 8-10. If that sounds complicated, let me explain. You see, these two shows are being held simultaneously at the Javits Center in New York City. They’ll be sharing much of the same space and be taking up the entire building, and buying a ticket from either show will let you enter and experience the entire shindig. It’s essentially two shows for the price of one.
As for where I will be setting up, play close attention here. I’ll have a table within the Anime Festival artist alley. This will actually be away from the main, giant exhibitor hall. It’ll be downstairs in the 1E hall, where the Anime Festival programming and special events are taking place. So for the sake of all that is good in this world, please do not forget to make your way down there. And again, if you purchased a New York Comic Con ticket, you’ll be free to attend and explore all facets of the Anime Festival, and vice versa. Let’s make it a weekend to remember!
